Preparing Heart and Mind™
Preparing Heart and Mind™ is a special care program for parents expecting or caring for an infant with complex congenital heart disease (CCHD) that was developed by a team of researchers and healthcare providers. This care program began by talking with parents, like you. We heard about the joys and challenges that are common along this journey, and about how we could better meet your needs.
